About Debbie GrahamI do weddings! Well, that's my FUN job. I marry people! No, not ME getting married... I OFFICIATE. Help them create words that celebrate their decision to REALLY be together. Vows. Promises. Rings. I do it nice and make it legal. What could be better than being around happy people getting hitched! As for what I do 40 hours a week, I drive a lot and sell soap, deodorant, shampoo, pasta sauce. Oh yeah, and ICE CREAM. Been doing that a few years to pay the bills. My biggest job and privilege is being a Mom. Now THAT's a full-time endeavor for sure, as most of you would know. Involves a lot of prayer, sleepless nights, hugs, tears and laughter. And if you detect a bit of the South in my speech, you'd be right. I called the Sunshine State of Florida home for almost 30 years. Started out in Washington, DC, where my mom and dad met, married, and had ME. Pretty cool place to be a kid - great field trips! Mom didn't like the cold (still doesn't) so we headed south to Georgia (culture shock for me but I caught on fast) when I was a teen - her "stepping" stone to the warm, sticky air in Jacksonville. Now I'm a Fargoan (more culture shock) and legitimate North Dakotan (they told me it became official when I began to complain about the cold).
